Normally take around 14-35 days after the production time to arrive to  US customers and around 2 weeks for international customers).

- All items are carefully personalized with care and examined before delivery therefore we don't usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, if you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to discuss refund/ exchange with you!
